At Mynt Stays, part of Mynt Hospitality, we aim to provide a seamless experience for all our guests. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or amend your booking. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Booking: If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of making the booking, and your check-in date is at least 14 days away, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before Check-In: If you cancel your reservation 7 or more days before the check-in date, you are eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable fees or applicable taxes.
Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In: For cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date, no refund will be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable, including:
- Booking fees
- Cleaning fees (if applicable)
- Any service fees charged at the time of booking
3. Changes to Reservation
Modifications to your reservation, such as changing dates, are subject to availability. If changes are made within the refund-eligible period, no additional charges will apply. However, changes requested outside this period may be treated as a cancellation, and refund eligibility will be determined based on the original booking terms.
4. Early Check-Out
If you decide to check out before the end of your reservation, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your reservation without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen events beyond our control, refunds will be issued at the discretion of Mynt Hospitality. Guests are advised to contact us in such circumstances to discuss options.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.
